Today marks 11 years since the
2001 terrorist attacks.
September 11, 2010
Quincy was about 3 months old.
We took a stroll through our
downtown Manhattan neighborhood,
with our new daughter,
as New Yorkers and tourists gathered around
ground zero in memory of those lost.
This is the Engine 6 Station,
two doors down from our apartment,
where 3 firefighters were lost in the North Tower of
The World Trade Center.
